When *exactly* is the team documentation due?

The deadline for team documentation is midnight, pacific daylight savings time on June 2, 2008. If the documentation is being submitted via snail mail, it must arrive before 5:00 P.M. on June 2.

I don't suppose that every team has made a full-size test sandbox filled with JSC-1A to be used for creating the video documentation.
What are the expectations for the video setting, as related to mimicking the competition setup?

Each team is welcomed to choose how much of the competition attempt they recreate as long as the needs for documentation are met.
Seeing the excavation hardware in operation is a very efficient way to communicate it's concept of operations. In other words, if a picture is worth a thousand words, then a video is...well, you get the idea.
The documentation as a whole will be used to get a handle on any potential rules and safety issues so that they can all be ironed out before the event. It also helps us in pre-briefing the panel of judges so that they know what to expect from each team.
